I have worked in a variety of businesses, mainly FinTech SMEs. Putting the 'General' in 'General Counsel', I have dealt with pretty well everything that can get thrown at a business, from setting up, obtaining funding, establishing policies and procedures, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory advice, HR... and through to managing insolvency situations and successful exits.

Reformatted Model Articles
You may find at some point that you need to make revisions to the Model Articles. As with most things Word, this is easier if the Articles are properly formatted (which they profoundly are not, in the form presented on gov.uk).
I have created a formatted version, which you are welcome to download (link in comments).
I have made a couple of other changes as well - e.g. definitions are now in a table (essential for auto-sort!), auto-numbering and some capitalisation for ease of use, and refer to 'Articles' rather than 'paragraphs' - but nothing substantive.
